haha I really do want to get a 69 camaro the problem is finding that 427 big-block.. not the most common engine around. Of course there is always the crate option, but that's not the same.

I'm not really interested in the power per-se... it's more to be able to say that I put an L88 inside a Camaro. I love the body of the Camaro but everyone knows that the 427 was Chevy's nastiest street engine of that era. Ever hear a '67 Sting ray rolling? sooooooo good.

So since I see a lot of you talking about getting s2k's, I have something for you guys.

My friend(guy that repainted my front end) is selling his s2000 with a 2jz swap. I'll upload pics of the car later.

Selling for $40k with hardtop and other accessories, $35k firm with no hardtop and no other accessories.

Currently has a fully built cage, new seats, carbon fiber fenders and front bumper. Making 600whp, also with 50/50 meth.

Step it up boys!

Nowhere near 2jz fun lmao. If you want an s2000, youre going to want to build it so why not buy one with a unique build making 600whp and still improvement for more? Also with a puney soft top with how the s2000 comes? Lol

because no matter how many mods are on a car, it doesn't appreciate the value of the car.

that being said, some people will pay more for a car with certain mods on it.  BUT, in the s2k world, those mods have to be authentic.

 Who built the cage?  Brand of the seats?  Brand of the fenders?  Brand of the front bumper?

The reason I ask is simply this: a brand new OEM front bumper will not add value to the car.  a brand new authentic aftermarket bumper may, but a replica aftermarket bumper will not; i.e. ASM front bumper may add a couple hundred or so, but a Shine front bumper won't add value.

oh, and not all s2000's come with a soft top..

plus, $40k for an s2000 is ridiculous, no matter the cost of mods put into the car.  even more ridiculous if it is an AP1.

Yeah I'll get you all that information later, it's not my car that I'm selling. It's not a half ass build at all, the car has been built properly. At the end of the day, theres probably like 1 or 2 other 2jz s2ks out there built properly amd I only am letting you guys know since you want an s2000, so why not buy one that blow the doors off of almost any car and be a reliable daily?

You're going to pay $20k and change for a bone stock s2000 and still mod it so why not buy something you don't see at all? and arguably the best swap in an s2000?

I doubt anyone would pay that much for a bone stock S2000.  My buddy got an AP1 with an AP2 front end, JDM headlights (yes actual JDM), HKS Hi Power exhaust, CT SC with upgraded intercooler and blow off valve, tuned to 309 whp.  He paid under $15k for it.
