Nelson I looked at the Tacoma and I really like them, I do, but not for the price. Dealerships want the rights to your first born for used Tacoma still

2 years ago I looked at tacoma and for 18 k I could get a used one with 30 thousand miles. Or pay 19 k and get a brand new one.

My Dad has an '07 Tacoma. It is an awesome truck IMO. He hasn't had any problems with it so far but he only has 40k miles on it. They are pretty pricey though.

I do love das raptor. But cannot afford. I wouldn't mind a trailblazer ss. I mean they are pretty wicked with a 6.0 ls2

We use Tacomas for our work trucks. So I can list off a couple things that tend to go wrong with them.  The leaf springs are pretty crappy, we don't even put alot of weight in them id say 700lbs max and we go through a set every year on both trucks. We had to replace the steering stabilizer(?) (the little u joint that connects the column to the steering box) in both trucks (and my friends Tacoma). Also the reverse light socket had to be replaced on one truck twice, due to moisture somehow getting in and corroding the contacts. Other then that they are pretty solid. Hardly any front-end work or bearings replaced.

Buy an F150 and beef up the suspension... Raptor = Overpriced, and over rated. Jer.... If you put a trailer hitch on a Cobra we will have a fist fight.

I don't know. Jer does have that spider monkey hopped up on mountain dew demeanor.

Anyway, I've wanted a Trailblazer SS since they first came out. The gas mileage and my heavy foot always made me steer clear.
