The buckle is the problem, but that's something a dealership will replace under warranty. The part number you posted is for a wire harness in the seat.

No... it's part #3 in the diagram below for the driver seat (L) and if you need for the passanger seat it's part #1 (R). Just pick the color you need. Each color is a different part number! Select your vehicle then look for seat belts...
The buckle set is attached to the harness that plugs in under your seat. Literally takes 5 minutes to replace!

I had my driver's seatbelt replaced today courtesy of Honda.
My airbag light would come on anytime I would take my seatbelt off with the car still running.
Gen's car is doing the same thing. Will most likely bring it in this week.
