«

As I am sure you guys saw, went to NOPI Nationals this past weekend. First time it has been back since 2008, and it was AMAZING to be back. Pics/videos below of some of the highlights, with a link to the complete album below. Enjoy and comment away! I would like to get a large ECM contingent together to go next year...hopefully these pics will help in the process.
1982 Honda Beat!!! Never seen one of these before...
JDM Honda Integra Type-R
LS6 & LS7 Swapped S2000's:
Gen7 Accord in the "Custom" class:
No car show would be complete without a General Lee!
This TSX ran a mid 13sec QM
Another Gen7
Crazy CF 370Z
Nice 370Z
SEXY TIME!!!
Anyone like GT-R's/Skylines?
2013 Nissan GT-R Black Edition
My friend Amy doing her best Stig impression...
Nice S2000 with a giant snail
JDM Supra RZ-1
Bikini Contest:
Myself with Jerica, the winner of the Bikini Conest:
(Believe me, this pic does not even begin to do her justice)
Me & the Accord with my First Place trophy for the Honda/Acura mid/full size street class:
Video time!!!!!! This is the only video my friend got of me, and yes I lost to an SUV. But he has a Supercharged V8 (Mercedes GL55 AMG) so I couldn't have won, but overall I did improve my QM time by almost half a second. Enjoy!

Thanks for the coverage
... The first Accord... Just wow.
Love those S2's with the "american muscle" swaps. Must be very entertaining drives.
.... and Congrats on the award.

The reason why I don't go to import car shows. There were only a couple of cars that were decent. Those Accords were fucking horrible.

I agree Tim, all of the other Accords that were there were not nice at all...the one exception being the 8th Gen Coupe which was clean, but had very little actually done to it. There were a lot of nicer cars there that I was unable to get pictures of, but I am hoping for some ECM involvement next year. The cars may not have been the best, but it was a really fun time with lots of exciting races over on the track.

Thanx! I would definitely like to get a big ECM contingent together for the show next year. I mean, an open drag track for free? Can't go wrong with that!

The T in SiR-T does not mean it has a turbo, in case that's what you were hinting at. As I've seen most of the time,
show cars
have all aesthetic modifications and little to no performance modifications. These kinds of cars are about getting noticed, not going fast. That's why this kinda stuff doesn't interest me. I'm sure that if I went to one of these shows, my car would go unnoticed. Even if I popped my hood, most people wouldn't know what they were looking at.
