Did a seafoam motor treatment today. I'm not very impressed.  Embarrassed I did 1/3 oil, 1/3 gas tank, and 1/3 through a vacuum line. There wasn't almost any smoke appart form the rear of the engine which was my leaking flex-pipe and gasket. Looked more like blue smoke than white smoke to me too.  Maybe it clogged my catalytic converter, or maybe it already was clogged. Getting a new one anyway in less than two weeks.

That's one reason why I don't like seafoam. Change your oil on a regular basis and use top tier fuels and you don't need to use that stuff.

I agree.. I've heard more horror stories from seafoam treatments than success stories..

I wouldn't use any of them.  If it knocks anything loose and out your exhaust, it will just end up clogging your cat.  If you change your oil and use top tier fuel, you won't need to use any of that stuff.

BOT though.

I installed the valves and inner valve springs on cylinder 1 on my head and bolted on to the motor so I can check for valve to piston clearance with my new pistons and intake cam.  I also cleaned and painted my Moroso baffled oil pan.

Replaced a some fuses, relay, and redid the wiring for my fog lights, stupid eBay crap. The eBay relay was crap I converted it to a regular Bosch style cube relay. Much cheaper and easier to find

^my eBay fogs went to crap too. On the search for OEM.

Took some more pics, and hunted for parts per usual.

Yeah no kidding. I found out the fuse blew a long ago but the wire still bridge a connection. So they lights were still working until a few days ago. Pulled the fuse it and it was done for. Melted plastic.

Changed front brakes. Anyone with legend calipers have issues with EBC pads? They were correct part but wouldn't fit in the bracket. Tried a different brand fit perfect

I'd contact EBC directly and let them know of this issue.  Hopefully they have good service and will make it right.

I opened up another few boxes of parts that were shipped to me today.  I should have a few good updates this weekend.

Have them flush your AC system. There could be debris in it that is damaging your compressors.
