Why go with OEM tie rods? I have to replace mine I'm asking because I've been told units that can be greased last longer?

These lasted 160k miles without issues until now.  And even now, it's only the driver's inner that has some play in it.  I hope Timmy won't mind too much helping me replace all four lol.  Preventative maintenance.

No but aftermarket replacements from companies like Moog have grease fittings. Adding grease seems to prolong the life of the parts.

I never had good luck with the Rain X wipers.  I always liked the Bosch Icons.  Hope yours are better than the ones I've tried.

wipers? If so your on to something. I read the other day that our driver side wiper arm isn't designed to work with beam type blades.

I don't know if it was bad luck, but I got OEM wiper refills, and they only lasted a couple months before streaking. I'm going to try Bosch Icons soon I think.

I have PIAA blades. They are still good after 2 years. Still wipe stuff off clean.

Never had any luck with the uni-beam style. It always miss a spot.
