gasket and spacer are just like this

I'm sure you tried rotating the spacer 90°. What year is your Accord?

Honestly, I would send the spacer back. The bore of the spacer being larger than the inlet of the manifold will create turbulence and you will lose power. You would need to port it out and blend it so it has a smooth transition. I don't put much stock in TB spacers doing much of anything. I guarantee that if the bolt holes lined up on that, you would lose power.

Yea sorry I've been busy moving. But spoke with p2r n sent them pics. The parts were for correct car not sure why they don't match. But they are sending me the ones to fit correctly. So as soon as I get them yes I will be port matching

Good call. Port matching will be necessary.

definitely port matching that would be stupid not too. im trying to increase tq/hp by not port matching would probally drag me down to less than I had before. so now I am just waiting for p2r to send out the new spacer and gasket

no I actually have the order from online and the one they sent me. I ordered for 06 accord with dbw. but they fixed it and mailed me correct one within a day along with 2 tb gaskets, sent a extra for both sides of spacer. so now it fits perfect and will be even be better after I finish the port and polish

so I porting tb n polishing mid ports and as much as I can get down inside. I don't have a flexible extension to go all the way in. but if I ever find one or run across someone with one then I will. as far as matching the mid ports I think im gonna go hold off till a later date, cuz if I do one side I gotta do the other and I don't wanna have to take injector base off when im going in. the mid section gasket is just a tad larger. so with me polishing as much as I can and port matching tb I think it will be enough for now. then when I get some head work things done and go back in then I will get it all done. you can always resell it after your PnP if honda wont take it. Someone might really want it.

And yeah Fam Bam always first

YAY thank god Honda took it back after I did that to the wrong im and swapped it out for the correct 06 im. and I have talked to p2r and they are gonna swap gaskets and spacer out for me I returned them yesterday so just waiting for them to send new ones back to me. in the meantime I am gonna start on porting and polishing the new im. surprisingly the new one is ALOT smoother and nicer so this should be fairly easy to polish it up. also went and picked up a new cordless dremel tool with a flexible extension, which will be big help to get down inside the im and the runners. along with higher speed settings than my old corded dremel. cordless will make it nice. and for some reason my local machine shop does not port and polish im so good thing im gonna put in the work. well anyway I will post pics as I go and one as it is now to show how nice and smooth it is from the factory.
