My wife rear ended someone today with my son in the car. Everyones ok, thank God.  Not bad but did alot of damage. Of all things she hit an Acura and only put a small scratch on it!!

Before I did anything to it

Grill removal

After I realigned everything. It's still not aligned right. Maybe with the help of some new push pins it'll help.

All the damn push pins are toast. Hence why the grill isn't back on lol. Will have to hit Honda and get about 30 of them.
The splash guard underneath is being held in by just enough.

Looks like a great opportunity for a new front end.....or at least a new bumper/lip....

http://cpwstore.carpartswholesale.com/c ... 0306P.html

I can get an OEM bumper for $83 w/ free shipping. What you guys think? I have a friend who paints show cars on the side that'd do it for maybe $50 but the damn paint alone would cost a at least $100?

Any other sites or ideas. Let me know.

Thanks

Sorry to hear this man but I'm glad the family is okay.

Get that bumper fixed and painted no need for a new one.

Your bumper is easily repairable. Most OEM bumpers do not come painted, and even if they did you would want to have it blended to your fenders

Bummer Jeremy.  You may be able to get it back into shape with a little bit of heat and some time.  It may be worth repainting that bumper.  If you didn't now, all Honda bumpers come as a raw part with no paint or primer.  I don't believe it needs to be primed either.

Wow, glad everyones ok. Damage doesnt look too bad tho. A little filler, sand down, primed, and repaint should look good as new. No need for a new bumper.

Glad to hear your family is okay. But quite ironic huh? A honda hitting an acura?

Just like you said, you could use this an excuse to get a new lip, lol.
