Morning Guys,
So I am about 1500 miles away from hitting the 300k maker on my 03 4cyl.
I already have a general list of thing I will be doing on maintenance.
Also am getting a slight wobble so my axles are going bad and the same goes for the rotors. So I will be replacing both those items.
So just looking to see if I am missing anything? Thanks for the input.
The list of things I’ll be doing.
• Engine flush – and oil change
• Tranny flush - since I am replacing the axles
• Radiator flush - using Honda Blue
• Replace power steering fluid – not sure how to do that yet but I will figure it out.
• Axles will be replace
• Replacing busted upper ball joints
• Installing new rotors with new pads, Duh.
• Dumping out all the old brake fluid and new fluid while I bleed the brakes
• Replacing spark plugs
• Valve adjustment
• Replacing head gasket since I am staring to see some oil stains in the back
• Replacing a new serpentine belt – did I spell that correctly?
• Washing Air filter – I got a stock size K&N filter
• Once the car is running I will bed-in the new brakes.

I'd look for a used one on ebay or car-part.com. Can't imagine they go for a whole lot these days.

tired to work on my car lower ball joint.. well well well. Something didn't go right surprise surprise. Probably have to have it towed to Fire stone to get the ball joint pressed in all the way. It is about 90% there. I am not sure if it is due to the moog having a longer neck or that is as far as it will go. All I do know is that its not flush like the OEM one was.

Fixed the issue with the broken studs on my rear bumper mounts. Made a mount for my water pump and made new hoses for the new water pump position. I removed my evap canister and made a template to mount fuel pumps in the open area previously occupied by my evap canister. I also made brackets and mounted my power and ground distribution blocks in my trunk for my stereo.

Not today but this past weekend I redid my headliner. It started sagging a couple weeks ago so I ripped the material off leaving that crappy foam underneath. Also, in doing the headliner, I decided to not open the holes for the "oh shit handles" and visors leaving the headliner "shaved".

Did some wiring for my water pump switch and put the rear bumper back on. I also dropped off my ASEAN bumpers, Modulo front and rear lips and Mugen front lip off for body work and paint.

Checked the diaphragm in my fuel regulator for leaks and didn't find any, yet I still have cold start issues.
.
Put summer wheels on with the 255s up front, holy over-steer even with spacers in the rear. Still breaks lose when moving off normal. Also gave her a much needed bath and a quick cleanup of the engine bay.
