I vote to keeping all the recall threads in one place and renaming the other thread the total recall thread.

The OP should be updated with the different recalls and links to the post in the thread that has all the info. I'm sure one of the mods is up for the task.

OP updated. I'm sure there's more out there but I figured what's there is a good start. Tim, do you want to change the OP with one of us rather than an inactive member?

Regarding the 7th Gen j-series power steering recall for the leaking lines, my local dealership is willing to replace mine with one made with the same material because mine is leaking now. They will charge Honda and then once the updated lines come in i can bring it back. This recall is esentially the same as the TSB for the power steer pressure line O ring a while back. They used inferior grade of rubber that is failing prematurely.

This is good to know. I'm glad they're willing to do that without giving you a problem.

Just got the letter in the mail. I will be calling Honda in the morning to make an appointment to get the power steering hose replace with the correct one.

I checked, there's no way to do that. A moderator will just have to modify the OP.

You could just make a new thread then merge all of the posts into that one.
