Mine aren't rolled. But my wheels aren't that wide either.

by dropping the car 1.0-1.5 inch, would i still need to roll the fenders? like is there a certain amount you can drop without rolling the fenders?
No u should be fine. but it also really depends on ur wheels and tire set up. i was dropped 2.5 inches on stock tsx and didint need 2 roll them until i went with wider wheels/tires
it comes down to the offsett/width of ur rims and the size of ur tires and the drop ur guna be running and also how u get ur alignment done. im running no chamber and my toe is set to 0 so my tires are perfectly straight...so that also plays a role.

Nope, but Cham has one of those fender rolling tools that I've seen him use.

Jason (JC04Accord) both rolled out fenders with some wooden dowels, one thicker then the other. Then we finished it off with an 1.5" PVC pipe. Heated the fenders up with a heat gun until they were warm to the touch and went to town. Drove back and forth about 2-3 tires with each pipe. Worked great and paint didn't chip.

I'm thinking about doing this but i heard that this can cause your quarters to rust, especially in New England.

If you try to do it too fast it will. Best way is to use a heat gun and go slow or you'll chip the paint and the snowball will just get bigger.

Don't forget to heat up the paint so it doesn't chip.
