Good Vibrations, in Horsham, PA has been a great help to us in referring work! This is one of their client cars, the 4th Saleen S281 that we have detailed as a result of this shop, that was in need of a corrective detail. This 2003 Saleen S281 in Red, has had a LOT of work done to it, very little stock parts remain if any at all! Putting down a healthy 600+ hp, it needed to look the part in regards to it's paint and wheels. The wheels alone, took Mikhael most of the detail to revive, at around $8k for the set of wheels alone, they needed the most attention possible! The pics show Mike's work on them, from getting them clean and spotless to polished, shined and sealed. Very few deep defects were found on this car, however, there were definitely swirls that needed to be gone!

Products used

Procedure and notes: Process: Vehicle was degreased with P21S TAW, washed with CG citrus wash and dried, convertible top was cleaned with 303 convertible top cleaner. Wheels were taken off, cleaned front and back, face was polished and sealed. Brake calipers were cleaned and sealed as well. Car was taken inside and all trim was taped off, did test panel and decided it needed wool pad and 105 to correct the defects. Whole car was done with wool pad and megs 105, followed with Menzerna 203 and orange pad and finished with Menzerna 106FA and white pad. P21S Paint Cleanser was used to remove left over polishing oils and to enhance gloss. Denase paint sealant was applied and removed per instructions. Tires were cleaned with terry cloth to remove old silicone dressing (took almst an hour for all 4 tires) and dressed with Poorboys Bold and Bright.
