Thanks Mike. I'm still on the roller coaster. Gotta fix the exhaust pipe for the dryer and clean out all the lint from between the walls in the basement. Then I have to get some shingles replaced around a skylight so I can keep my insurance FML. On the other side, we're chipping away at the original list of items. Carpets replaced last week, this week replacement counter tops.

Wow you're getting a lot done!  We had to repair a bunch of things when we moved in too. It was a little frustrating.

Not too much Denny, just wanted the manor stuff out of the way because I don't want to spend all my free time over the next few years. Bad enough the cars are on the back burner for now.

I finally joined this club as well. Took a year and a half to find the right one.

Cheesy yup. I have to rip out the shelve on the right and move my generator hookup. Then I can work under the hood with the garage door close.

Finally fixed all the dirt and uneven pavement in front of the house! Now we're super broke! Lol #natureofthebeast but it's so worth it. And it's lowered car friendly. Meet at our house?

Ughhhh...we had our driveway sealed this past weekend.  It hadn't been sealed in forever.  Every time I hit with the leaf blower chunks would fly off.  I hoping this will make it last for two years before we have a chance to redo the entire thing.  Yours looks great! I'm jelly.
