vertical adjustment will be figured out once left to right adjustment is done
more cutting will be needed on top to fit top piece of projector that is responsible for side through

Holy fucking hell! There isn't much left of that reflector. How did you reinforce it?

not sure yet. there is pleny of reflector. gona probably use jbweld for mounting. its actualy pretty snug in there so little jb will do the trick.

Cool man. What are you using for shrouds? Obviously not the stock LS shrouds. Or are you?

dont have stock shrouds. i have E46 shrouds so gona see if ic an trim those to fit couse looks like they will work good. even though opening is little big i might order replica with smaller opening (single beam E46)
might use them in combination with RL shrouds, dont know yet have to see what works
more pics in first post

The biggest gripe I have with the LS430 projectors in our housings is how off center they are. Meaning: they sit high as hell and it makes for an extremely difficult retro and in some people's eyes, not very aesthetically pleasing. I obviously haven't tried it but I'm just basing my observation on your photos Misha. Props to you for doing it to shut up the nay sayers. Out of curiosity, do you see any way of mounting the projector separate from the reflector? Just keep the reflector for looks but the projector being completely standalone? Similar to what Chris on HIDP (gold94Corolla) did with his quad FX-R retro.

i probaly can mount it separetly. ihave pair of egay projector headlights and they have metal brakets for mounting. speaking of maybe i can use it for ball mounts. jbwelded one one side so they should be good. need to do it on other side.
today i did other side but have to figure out how to mount it. didnt cut as much. i guess experimenting is way to go
i dont mind how high they are and i think it looks kinda mean this way. im sure they would better if i had oem shrouds for them.

finally mounted projector. probably final mount since its pita to compress spring to put on bottom. did left to right alignment and seems good, just need to make sure it right so need to put headlight on the car. high beam seems to be aligned good but might be too far up so will need to aim projector higher.

just need to put bolts in for vertical alignment. already drill the holds but i think they need to be little bigger so gona do it tomorrow. hope headlight comes soon for other side so i can start it.
