Finally!! After worrying it maybe a wheel bearing going...i decided to let it go for a while longer to see if i could do a better job pinpointing the noise.

Wife drove car friday, she wont back it into garage like me. So when i went to move it into garage i was kind of hanging head out window to see, and bam, the noise was coming from REAR WHEEL! DOH! so later i drove more and confirmed, rear brake.

So just changed rear pads and rotors, and voila, no more noise! One of those pads had hit wear indicator. Yay!!!

Front pads and rotors changed.

Annoying rattle still present. I knew i should have removed rotor dust shield while down there..  doh

When only replacing front pads/rotors, should i bleed the rear as well? Or is ok to only do front?

Got the noise today again, even with the cable zip tied up. So, must be somewhere else.

Im thinking its a bolt i dropped and could never locate. Or it has something to do with brake dust shield maybe.

I think i found a pesky vibration/rattle. At first i though it was brake related. But from what it looks like, the AT shift cable is maybe vibrating against heat shield of cat. Just to see if the noise goes away i zip tied the shift cable up away from heat shield but the only thing close enough was sway bar. So zip tie wont last long. Hopefully long enough to see if noise went away.
