New front bumper plus paint, possibly new headlight bracket, bent front fender fixed up, & touched up and painted rear bumper... at least.

Paint the whole thing!!! After blending the front and rear bumpers into the other panels you'll be half way there any way

I was just gonna have the bumpers painted and that's it.  Really didn't think I'd have to worry about blending, especially on a dark color, but maybe I will...
