Remove / Replace Hood?
«

I just have a question about removing the hood.
I mean it looks like i have to remove both fenders to get to the lower hood bracket bolts but i guess what i was wondering is if i could just remove the upper bolts off, the ones that actually attatch to the hood? Does anyone have any knowledge about this? Thanks in advance.

You can remove the hood and leave the brackets.

Why would you take the brackets out?

B/c it looked like they were welded to the hood but it ended up coming off easily. Thanks everyone

When I removed my hood, it was by unbolting the brackets from the hood, not the chassis.
