Do anyone know where can i get the rear trailing arm adjustable as I want to make the rear wheel back to center.

You mean a camber kit? You can pick up an Ingalls camber kit, or there are other companies out there too.

I have the camber kit already. I mean my wheel is off center of the wheel well. how to fix that do you know

Figues out what is bent, possibly the whole subframe.

Off center from the wheel well? That's how our car looks when dropped
