Gotcha. So I'm looking for that DVD player, the main unit, and the dash piece. Besides the wiring harness. That DVD player, I've been researching that part number and it looks like it was installed on multiple vehicles. So if I find a cheap one from an odyssey with the same part number, I should be good right?
Got my Mats and trunk liner in today.. They rolled up the liner into a box, so i'm hoping it'll stretch back out and take it's original form. They'll go in once my car gets back.
Thanks for the replies! I don't think I'd have the guts to prep it myself.. This might be a backburner mod for sure. Good to know about the pricing though.
I've been looking and I haven't seen anyone address repainting an entire vehicle. I saw one person has for about 4 grand, but I wanted to see if anyone else had some more information? I wouldn't want to spend near that much. Maybe like a grand. I love the taffeta white, but I'm not putting a 4 thousand dollar value on it. Does it just come down to finding a body shop around here to do it and getting a quote? How hard would a self-paint be? Or maybe I should just let my taffeta dreams fly away..
Haha, don't worry about it. It's no big. I'm fine, just ticked me off, deer came out of nowhere, hit me and then ran off. "Have a great morning!" ....I'm going hunting this winter.
Thanks everyone! Are there quite a few ohioans around? As far as HID's go, I'm really not sure yet. I've done a little research but not a lot, and I'm not too keen about tearing into my headlights myself. sounds like something i could destroy too easily. I might if i got another OEM set though.
As far as the car goes right now though, In my continuing luck, I broadsided a deer this morning on my way to work. 4200 in damages later, it's going to be in the shop a little while.
In other good news though, I asked for the Emblem/Grille back. I think I'm going to glue it back together and carbon fibre it for my wall. Nice Deco.
