I don't think it will be worth it. For one, it is an illegal swap. The engine being swapped in must be newer than the vehicle. Since the engine is from an 01, then it wouldn't be legal.
If you want to be faster, you might as well get a Comptech supercharger or turbo.

Wow....Really? I never knew that if ur doing a engine swap that it had to be the same or newer year! In all states? Give me more info on that......Please!!!
That's mostly true. If your state has emissions/ referees/ inspection/ smog checks, then yes its illegal. If you're in Florida, the sky's the limit. I know California its practically illegal to put an air freshener in your car. New York is almost as bad, but the police don't know what the hell they're looking for like the Cali cops. Honestly, it varies from state to state.

Yes Cali is really bad. Basically, anything that is shiny or have color they can write you up for it. Totally BS. Someone got written up for a grounding kit and that has nothing to do with the air...

^You don't have a exhaust mani as such, LOL. Not to mention the crank sensors, cam sensor and thier pick up wheels are very different, they just are not compatable with the 7th gen.
