The body shop just called.  $10,645.00 in damages and they are going to repair it.  I was hoping it would be totaled.   Sad

Ideally I would like to trade it in when I get it back but after buying a new house, I really can't afford another car payment.  So yeah, I'm going to make sure it is 100% perfect before I take it back.  They told me it will take close to a month to repair.  Sad

There are always indications. Even in a perfect looking repair the seems inside the trunk will be off. There are always signs. Sometimes selling to a private party they won't know what to look for but a dealer will find it.
