I don't blame you Brian. I've had days like those. They gave us the option of working Mondays and Tuesdays for the next few weeks because we have to work the next 3 weekends. I worked yesterday, forgetting that I had to work this weekend. Ohh well. I don't mind a little OT. Next week I'll be driving to Philly on Tuesday, so that's going to be a 10 hour day on the road getting paid the whole time.

I love getting paid to drive around. When I was workin at Advance we had to go to some training in Jersey. 10 hour day. Met at Advance in Bethlehem, clocked in, drove to Jersey, did the seminar, drove back, clocked out. So I got paid for a 10 hour day AND got paid for mileage on the car. $0.55 a mile and it was 160 mile roundtrip. So I got $90 cash in hand and it only used up like 1/4 tank of gas (all highway).
And I used to love deliverin parts for Advance. I just drive out to the garages and bullshit with the mechanics for 10 min or so, and then just tell my boss they were askin about parts.

Yeah. It will be pretty nice. I'm basically gonna start my day wicked early and drive out to central OH to a few of my stores. After I spend about an hour or two working in them, I'll continue on to Philly. I'll be meeting a few of my coworkers in Philly for dinner, and then finish my trip to my hotel in Mt Laurel, NJ. I get paid from the time I leave my home in the morning until I get to my hotel.
