I actually picked up mine on Saturday for the first time in months.  I love not playin for a while cause it amazes me at the shit I can still remember and play.  It really does, like I can remember a song I learned when I was like 16 but I cant remember other more important things... haha  My fingers def lost strength tho... giggity.

Rates are great, and homes are cheap... Down payment plus pay off all debt.  Only student loans are left at this point.

Wow, sounds nice.  Mine is in a couple weeks, no prizes that I know of, just hors derves (not even tryin to spell it haha) and beer. Cheesy  But GFs is a week after that and its $10 all you can eat and drink (for guests of employees) and they give our prizes too.  Last year they gave away Eagles tickets!  Not that I give a shit about the Eagels, but they'd be worth some money.
