Thank guys, I an hoping to have the opportunity to leve in July. Mike, I understand. What I failed to mention is they pull the race card.  My coworkers believe that they can do whatever they want and just use their race as an excuse. Really good example, in my district we have the laziest person I have ever worked with,Tony. One Friday, Tony decides he is just not going to answer his radio which is common of him. Well, the dispatcher tries and tries to raise him and no response. So I did what I WAS suppose to and asked the dispatcher what he showed Tony out on. I was going to go check to make sure he was not being curb stomped. The following Monday I receive a stern twlkingvto by my boss who tells me I don't need to do that anymore that he complained that by checking on him on the radio I was "picking on" him because he is African American. It is simple officer safety, if you don't answer the radio we all believe the worst could have happened.

After the things he did to my mom when she work with him, which were lied in an internal affairs investigation and sent her emails and letters that were demeaning and harassing in regards to her weight, Yeah, he does deserve it. But I cant do it because it would be construed as vendictive...
