Every time I go to BJ's I basically just add $10 for every item we put In The cart. We usually end up with a huge bill afterwards. Sucks to need groceries to survive.

We went to this place down in Cincinnati that was fucking huge and had a lot of different stuff that I can't find around here. They had a gigantic international section, a lot of fresh local produce, a nice bakery, and a pretty decent butcher.

Can I ask a question? How do you guys clear you minds of shit. I've been hit with alot of issues this week, and would love to just clear my mind and take shit as it comes but, I don't know how.

Yes, I posted that link on my FB page but not everybody has FB here. Today marks 50 years since that invasion and when my grandfather flew for Brigade 2506 to overthrow Castro. I wish I was home to hug him and thank him for what he did.

Good stuff Z. Mike, I usually do some sort of menial task that I can focus all of my attention on. Believe it or not, but detailing my car is the one thing I always do to clear my head. I know how you feel though man. I've had some stuff come up lately too.

Went out to a movie and took about an hour walk today. Cooked for the other half and I (never realized how much cheaper it is to cook), and I felt alot better staying busy.

Cooking is definitely a great way to save money Mike. I normally only eat out once a week. The rest of the time, I cook at home. Cooking is also a decent menial task to focus on.
