yes. they tried giving me 7 for it... and i told them id sell it my self  and if they had the 4runner id come back. then the stealership move got them to give me 9200. they really didnt budge on the "sale " price but got it down from 19990 to 18000, and had 800 in trade in value? or whatever.

Snow tires help a lot.  A few years ago when I had all season tires, my car was horrible in this kind of weather.  I couldn't get up a hill in the snow without spinning my tires.  When I got a set of good snow tires, everything changed.  The past 2 years I have had absolutely no problems with driving in the snow.

I still like the FJ's, it was either that or a Tacoma.  Financially, it just didn't make any sense for me though.  These days it's all about the Benjamins.

I agree with you, we're car whores.  My reasoning is that I think that for us, we all want different things on different days.  For example, for me, last winter, my car had Tein SS's installed and we also got a crap load of snow, like we're getting now.  I was frustrated by not being able to use my car, so I wanted to trade it in for a 4x4.  I didn't want to be stuck in the house anymore.  Since then, things have changed.  I'm happy that I didn't get myself into another car note.  If I like another vehicle though, I'm still going to post it.
