A friend of mine is dying. Over the past year his condition has gotten pretty bad. He's been in the hospital for a while now. I haven't been kept totally up to date on what's going on though. The news I got last night is that he might not make it through the night, but he isn't expected to live much longer.

I've determined that I need to get healthy as fast as possiable. I feel like some lifestyle changes are in order.

Me too Mike, I tried to get my wife to eat something healthier than a burger, she got pissed at me for calling her fat...WTF...i can't win

i'm trying to get my fiance to feed me more fatty foods cause she got hit with the health bug. I can def say the cooking is not the same and i miss my large portions.

I cook for myself. Robyn has all kinds of food allergies, so it's tough for us to eat the same meal. I'm definitely not giving up the food I like to eat, but I do try and eat healthier. That's about it though.
