I'd have to admit that I don't do any of the Stuff your looking to do with it Mark... I'm going to throw up in my Mouth while doing this but, I agree with Bill on the range it provides being surperior.

I think you can do this with a different router, but if you buy the Airport Express you can add it to your network and play music wirelessly. That's how I have it set up at my condo here in Starkville. It is connected to the router and my receiver, and I control the music through iTunes on my MacBook.
