There are no Acura badges on the calipers. They were removed when I got them. There are only 3 badges on my car. There is an Acura badge on my coil pack cover, there is a Honda badge on my grille, and there is a Honda badge on my steering wheel. If I could get rid of the two Honda badges without it looking like shit, I would. The Acura badge on my engine may be temporary.

Define private property? Generally if there is a pay phone or light in the area (parking lot) for example its considered public and moving violations are warranted. At least thats how it was explained to me when I asked my boss last month(Part time PD)

I'm referring to a neighborhood that some of my friends live in. It's gated, all roads, electricity, landscaping, everything, is maintained by the Home Owner's Association. I'm 99% sure it is private. The reason I ask is the entrance to the neighborhood is about 1 mile long and straight. A lot of people like to just floor it right out of the gate. I know one of my friends got up to 120. I think it is stupid, dangerous, and asinine. I was just wondering if they could get into trouble.

Generally the police can only enter a gated community when called. So the general answer is no but, if someone were to call and complain then I'm sure they could get them for reckless driving, and a bunch of other stuff.

Sandland is fucking hotter than hell! It hit a sweltering 122 degrees today plus humidity. Good thing the a/c in my place works pretty damn good.
