Goddamnit Enterprise. I got my free rental car from them on Saturday because my TL has the Taketa airbag recall, and there's definitely something wrong with the 2016 Hyundai Sonata they gave me. When I pushed the pedal past a certain position it would immediately stop accelerating and just hold at 3,500RPM, like some kind of limp mode. I take it back to them and they're just like "did you have it in the right gear?" Fucking trolls. Turns out it was a failed "variable charge motion actuator" in the intake manifold. Now I'm in a 2016 Nissan Altima. Not bad for an economy car, but now I think I'm at an even higher risk of dying due to the CVT being extremely sleep-inducing...

That sucks, I fucking hate rental car companies. Enterprise tried to force me into paying for their insurance even though my insurance company was picking up the bill.

I'd like to know how the cvt in our new accord works. It shifts, you can feel shift points, and it has paddle shifters, completely against everything cvt stands for...
