I'm not happy with myself, i've put so much time and effort into the car i neglected my body a bit, to be honest. I'm sure i'll break out of it.

It's so easy to neglect yourself these days. And it's even harder to put yourself first. I've seen it first hand with my wife. Only advice I can lend is if you want to get yourself right then get a plan and stick with it, get a buddy to do it with you, it'll help.

that's the hard part. I was doing triathlon training last year. Well anyways, my bike got a flat maybe 3 months back. I bought the tube but have yet to change it. I'm just like eh. All the while I've gained 20lbs from not biking anymore.

With everything going on, I've basically let everything go. I trash my body pretty bad between eating poorly, not sleeping enough and beating myself up working on the car. I've been meaning to get off my ass and bike some more this summer. We finally have some decent weather, but I've been spending my time in the garage instead of on the trails. With all the stress I've had, I'm pretty sure I've lost weight. I could stand to lose a lot more, but would prefer a healthier method.

We should all try to hold each other accountable. I've got both of your numbers. I'm going to harass you.

BTW Denny, I believe this is a fairly accurate weather map for you.

Lol i'm in the middle of fucked. Surrounded by fucked. But i forget all about the winter turmoil when sitting by the lake in August lol.

Yeah my body is a pain in the ass. I lost weight once, by not eating and running an hour after work and then going right to bed. I lost like 40 pounds in 2 months. Lol
