Pork chops are usually cooked poorly. It wasn't until I started cooking and learned a few good recipes that I was able to enjoy them.

I've had some pretty nasty pork chops lol. My mom made green ones once by accident. I never let her live it down. Pork can be so dry

Yeah. That's the biggest challenge with pork chops. They dry out and become chewy and gross. I've found that brining them helps with that a lot. Cooking them properly and not over cooking them helps a bunch too.

I'm so ready to strangle this motherfucker I have to deal with for work. He is one of the night shift clerks for sessions court, he tried to do the same job I did with the police department a few years ago but got fired, and has been fired from damn near ever govt agency around here including a few state jobs. I called the other night to verify a warrant, and he said it was good and then when I asked to verify the persons info so we are covered that we have the right person(because who wants to be responsible for the wrong person going to jail?) and he said he doesn't have time and hung up. Then tonight he went off on me again trying to verify info. My supervisor is even furious with this guy. Apparently it's not the first set of problems we've had out of him.

Well that was a crazy weekend. Rocky Horror with props, all day at Pumpkinfest, then spent all day in Salem MA, topped off with some Chinese food.

Basically the site's database got clogged up with a shitload of logs. Those logs made the database go over its quota and lock us out. I deleted about 80MB's worth, so now all is well.
