So over these new fucking neighbors. The asshats above us have been here for 3 damn weeks and I'm already to the point of I want to bust dan their door and tie them to fucking chairs just so they'll be quiet. Apparently they have a bastard kid and a loud ass large breed dog. They walk so fucking loudly and hammer shot constantly. Tonight, I was almost asleep when the pieces of shit decided to start their washer at 0025... I sleep with two fans on and can still hear their damn washer. The office has already sent them two fucking letters. This is ridiculous. If Lori wasn't asleep, I'd crank up some slayer and let it run all night.

I feel you man. I had a shitbag neighbor next to me when I lived in MA. She would bring guys over and get fucked up all the time. The landlords were trying to get her evicted, so I had to invite the police over a lot. In the place we live now, we had neighbors next door that were terribly obnoxious too. They would be up at ALL hours with their TV on full blast and kids running around screaming. They literally made noise around the clock with no concern for anyone else around them. The woman lost her job after moving in, so she decided to babysit. That meant her 3 screaming misbehaving children along with another 5 or 6 kids doing the same thing, while she probably sat on the couch watching tv.
I'd go to the office and complain every day if you have to. If they don't do anything, let them know you're going to start calling the police.

I foresee them getting evicted anyway. They should have received their letters by now telling them to keep the noise down and take their ugly ass paintings down. They have yet to take the paintings down. This place will not hesitate to evict people for non-compliance of the lease agreement.
