haha - cleaning used to be my way of calming down actually.. but now I just get angrier when I see things weren't done "my way".. so I have to go back and re-do all of them (I may have a touch of OCD with certain things).

Nope, no lakes/ponds/bodies of water close enough.

Last night I crashed on my couch and didn't move until I went to bed at 11ish.  I'm also using some new breathing techniques to calm me down at work.. haven't had to use them yet, but we'll see.

I'm seriously about to go pound on the door of the people above us and tell them to knock it the fuck off... It's like they're just banging hammers on the floor to see who can make the most noise. If they don't settle down by next week my true colors are coming out. I'll stay up at night and blare death metal at 3am.

So some of you guys know but I can't do the vegetarian thing anymore. Lol. I gave it some serious thought, I'm not sure that it made me healthier. Hell to the yeah! They say vegetarians live longer, but what they leave out is that health conscious meat eaters live just as long.
