Lol Z, I'm still a noob, I just upgraded my set up to a. Kanger sub box kit. Do you drip?

I have a sigelei 150w that I run either an Atlantis, a mutation x v4 or a few other rda's on. I used to have a bit more gear but have gotten rid of a lot of it.

Yeah rda/rba's look like way too much work for me. My buddy gave me his old set up which was a vamo battery with a full size kanger sub tank. It was like carrying around a track and field baton. So far I'm digging this sub box kit!

This sucks! So day shift at my job has the shittiest of leadership, they micro manage and treat personal preference as policy. They treat their workers like shit. For instance the other two shifts, within reason, can have phones, tablets, books, etc. for entertainment. Day shift, as a whole, are being punished for the shitty people doing our evaluations this month giving shitty scores across the board. Their punishment? Removal of all hobby material. How does this affect me? I'm next on the mandatory list and a bunch of people on day shift have called in sick. I'm pretty sure the people on day shift don't request time off anymore, they know it'll be denied so they just call in sick and fuck the rest of us.

Yeah they're assholes. My uncle worked for them when all of the agencies dispatch consolidated into one and two of the supervisors would hover over him and tell him, "we're just waiting for something to write you up for". That's pretty fucked up.

I'd call my union leader or go to their boss or higher.

Unfortunately we don't have a union, and their boss, the director of operations is uninterested. He just kinda lets them get by. Some of the crap they pull is loosely supported by policy(or they would just change the policy) so going to the director would only make things worse on my shift.

Thanks Nelson! It's not as bad as it sounds, my shift is pretty awesome, but having to work the others is not so fun. Lol it's a night and day difference between midnight and day shift(pun intended lol). Day shift has to request permission to use the restroom, on midnights, we come and go as we please, within reason.

I wish I could sleep tonight. So much to do tomorrow. At least our guest bedroom will finally be fully functional tomorrow. And our new bed will be here Saturday, FINALLY!!!
