I try to avoid the NyQuil/ZzzQuil stuff. You're better off pounding bourbon, because that stuff is just alcohol.

take benadryl it has the same ingredient as zzquil (diphenhydramine) without the alcohol. Melatonin also good and a glass of warm milk.

Also get blackout blinds and eye plugs if your sensitive to sound and light. If you can't fall sleep try doing something else to wear yourself down. Don't lay in bed trying to force yourself to sleep. It makes it worst.


On a side note. I didn't get any pharmacy rotation outside of WV. This state blows. I was looking at Lexington,KY and some parts of OH.
