I love my job. I love the company I work for too. I just can't handle having a terrible boss.

I like the company I work for and I like my boss and fellow employees. I dislike my job though since I've risen about as far as I can go. It sucks working for an engineering firm and not being an engineer. My problem is that so far, I've been unable to find a new job where I'd be starting out making even close to what I'm making now.

My issue is that my boss is shady and holds people back. The reality is that he doesn't know what he's doing and only kisses ass to get ahead without trying to help his team.

My boss has anger issues. And is quite shitty at his position. In my job the supervisor plays a big role in supporting us, if we have a problem we can't solve amongst us we are to go to the sup and him give instruction, or call the right department to fix the issue. I had a job te other day in an apartment complex that literally had one entry/exit. The road leading to that apartment complex was blocked by the police for the power company to do work. I called my sup who declined my call and said that he was unavailable but could text. I told him my issue and sent him a screen shot of the map. No response, yet they harp on us, "customer service"

OK. We went kayaking on Saturday and Sunday I went shopping and cleaned the house. Dealing with some jaw pain. Just have to suck it up and go to the dentist
