Yup, 10 whole days. I havent used any yet. Gonna be tricky to use up the rest. I should be officially out of Ship end of July, the new store opens beginning of October. I feel terrible for my boss, he hasn't used any yet. I think he has 3 weeks now. But our 1 CPP took a promotion to GM at another store, Im leaving end of July, he has no one to promote in my place and he just me yesterday that our remaining CPP put in his two weeks... competition wined and dined him with more money and a company car. So in two months he wont have an AGM or a CPP. I feel bad but up until this point he hasn't been doin much about it so... kinda makin it hard to feel bad ya know?

Definitely hard to feel bad for a guy that doesn't do anything to try and correct the situation. You can't sit on your ass and do nothing. It seems like now is the time to take action.
Mike, take some time off. Work can't be the #1 priority. Work to live, don't live to work.

I did some traveling for work today. It was nice to get out of the office. Seeing that white GTR was a plus too! Rarr. Mike take some time off! Your going to go nuts.....

It was a rough road getting there, but "no" is a word that has been added to my work dictionary. I've also been doing good about not checking work e-mail during days off or weekends. If it is an emergency, they will call. Now if they call on a weekend and ask me to do something that I could have done the previous Friday, but they decided to wait until Saturday to ask me; then I would say no in that situation.

Don't do it. Learn to say no. It's not worth it. I burned out
twice
last year. I've also missed out on a lot of stuff because I previously placed work ahead of everything else; i.e., friend's weddings, graduations, etc.
