It's a tough balance. Obviously the single guy can be around more. I actually plan certain days every week with friends because if I didn't I would probably lose touch.

I actually did the same, kinda, but I would at least hang out with my friends and bring her along. they all have girlfriends or wives so it was ok. At least my friends still hang out like just the guys every now and then.
On a more better note, I just got a phone call from the company that is making my custom knee brace to tell me it is ready for me to come test fit and hopefully take home

Yup, Hopefully it will help my knee start to feel some relief... This sucks, just sitting here my knee is throbbing. and the fucking doctor refuses to let me see my primary care doctor for a second opinion. Unless I want to pay the full cash price, but aint nobody got time fo dat
On top of all the bullshit going on, with the knee, and the gf problems, I just got a letter via email saying that I'm not good enough the be in or academy. 6 fuckin years, only to be treated like shit.

Just about to unlock the door to the store and my mom calls amd tells me my uncle died last night... fuck me right?
Its for the best, he was diagnosed with cancer 2 or 3 years ago and was only given 10 months to live... so we have to cherish the extra time we had. But def hard keepin my shit together right now.
