No I don't have that so I'm taking Friday and Saturday off to move. And starting at the new store on Sunday.

I'm crashing the new place in the beginning of May. Just warning you now.
I got 10 vacation days, and 5 sick days when I first started. After 5 years, I got an extra week, so now I have 15 vacation days. I also have the option of
buying
3 additional vacation days per year and it will take out a little bit every paycheck. Now that I make my own schedule, I can basically get away with taking a day off during the week, but without using any vacation time. I usually save my vacation days for when I go somewhere and need a full week off.

I accrue 11.07(I think) hours every two weeks. Which comes out to 36.something days a year.

Work to live, don't live to work. I take my job seriously and try to excel, but I also know that it's healthy to walk away from it and take part in the rest of my life.

I can "bank" ten days a year up to 100 days and when I retire they'll pay me for those days at my current salary(not what you make when building them) but I have been using my p days.

I wish I can cash in on mines I just keep saving my sick time as long as I don't take more then 6 days off In a 6 month period no one really will bug me. they do pay you for them if you decided to retire or take a buyout after you done your years in. but paid vacations are sweet I get to take 4 weeks a year which gives me time to travel with no worries
