My lower back is pretty sore today. I did straight leg dead lifts though so hopefully it'll go away

That was the worst drive home I have ever had to endure; I still don't know how I made it to the car, and then once home, out of the car.

Wishing only the best, and a speedy recovery, for you and husband, Denny!! Back issues are no joke. Had a relative with a cyst growing on the spine near the neck, causing severe pain in the upper back and down one of the arms. After a four hour surgery, that relative now has limited feeling to the pinky finger on the right hand. Unfortunate result, but very little pain now. That relative is still recovering; the surgery occured more than a year ago.

You would think short people suffer more because of gravity. The feel it more since they're shorter.
