I'd cash that shit in for car parts.
I thought life insurance was monthly payments, I didn't know you could buy it outright.

I don't even know what it's worth...and car parts did cross my mind, as they always do. They bought it a few weeks after I was born. My grandparents were eccentric and wealthy, i'm surprised and not surprised at the same time. Lol

Well depends on what policy you have some yes some no all depends on policy , like example on new york life its basically like a tax free bank you can pull money anytime out back in or even close if you felt like it but only money you already have or against your capital like a loan only time the big bucks come in is if you pass away

It's a Horace Mann policy, and the company still exists, it says coverage expires in 2022, I'll only be 40...

Cash that shit in if you can. Might as well see what the hell its worth and depending on the value of it, it could be a huge help for many different things.

What?
If that was directed towards me, Coffee Bean made my order wrong. It was still a good drink, but it was colder than I prefer. I normally get my espresso brewed at 180 degrees, but it was made at the normal 160 degrees. That and apparently they can't take in call in orders anymore, so it took me longer to get to work.
I know, I know; first world problems.

Yes it was directed at you, I didn't realize it was a coffee place...I was like how can the miraculous bean let you down?! Lol
Starbucks calls 160 degrees a "child's temperature" lol

That's the thing, Starbucks brews their espresso at 160 degrees Fahrenheit also. So whenever I order there, I get it at 180 degrees. I think 160 is the common (possibly, standard) brewing temperature of espresso for most coffee places. At least, that is the case for milk-based drinks.
Now, water-based coffee is brewed at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, I believe.
Part of my order didn't make it from the barista at the register to the barista that made my drink.
For a while there, I stopped drinking caffeine. I was too dependent on it, and would have withdrawals if I didn't drink it. I want to start drinking it again, mostly because I miss coffee, but I don't want to get as dependent on it as I used to be.

Yes, I believe Starbucks brews espresso at about 160. Steamed milk on the other hand is supposed to around 150 for a regular drink, anywhere from 160-180 for an extra hot drink, and 120-125 for a kids temp drink.
