Well, its my wife, her parents dont care, my parents and I do, it's partly due to having a baby but that wss 2 yrs ago

You could try sitting her down and telling her that while you love her no matter what, you just don't feel as sexual attracted to her as you did before the pregnancy and the weight gain.  Tell her you don't want it to negativly affect your relationship and that is why you wanted to bring it up so you guys could do something about it instead of letting it fester.  

You can throw in the part about helping her improve her health, but lets be honest here, we all know it's more than that and I'm sure she will too.
