We have that rule to but, I get an exception because of the scar on my face I can't shave my face bare because it gets irritated so they are cool with my goatee and stubble.

I had an invasive tumor (Amelio Blastoma) in the bone marrow inside my jaw bone. In order to remove it they had to remove a 5 inch section of my jaw on the right side of my face. Basically the scar runs like the line of a beard would from just under my right ear down to the center of my chin.
