4 day weekend, 10 days straight workin and another 4 day weekend. Sucks but you gotta do what ya gotta do when you have no PTO. Lol

TGIF, although friday is a second saturday for me... but Im getting white girl wasted this early afternoon, buddys wedding tomorrow, so we're all getting drunk tonight. Im just starting early.

BTW, if you don't mind posting, what type of positions do y'all have that warrants either seven straight days of work or the 10 day work/4 day off schedules?

I went back to my old job at Advance Auto Parts like 2 months ago, so I have no time off.  Therefore the only way to get more than 2 days off in a row is to take 2 days fri and sat and the other 2 sun and mon.

I remember when I moved up to whistler B.C to meet my father for the first time when I was 21. I got a job as a mechanic at one of only 2 shops up there (the other being a dealership) So they were both open 7 days a week.
Anyways I ended up figuring out I was much better off without that idiot (my father) in my life. (I was literally sleeping on the floor on top of the couch cushions for almost a year and he wanted to charge me $900 rent a month...I didn't even have my own room) so I ended up working silly work weeks like whole months at a time because I didn't want to be in that house with him, but rent was wayyyy too much up there, so I basically worked like 3-4 weeks and the boss would let me  take a day or two off whenever I wanted. He even let me stay at his place a couple times when stuff got really bad...I miss that place. It was a great place to work and good people to work with.
