Thanks Z. This guy has had control of my computer for 5.5 hours. I'm pretty sure he has left by now. Even though because of him I'm now behind 3 reports that I can't even start on until he fixes this damn thing.

Sooo.... Everything went well at the interview. I had an interview with the main manager, then 2 dept managers. The main manager said if I don't get hired for the supervisor position I applied for, she has one opening up in her part of the office ( place is a huge building, everything is in different bays/ offices) on the 7th, and that she'll hire me for that job.

Hating on the IT guys are we?!?!? I've been doing IT work since high school (intern every summer, work at IT department at school, etc.).
I must say this, Google is my best friend for most of the non-common issues. Second, IT pays well if you move on up (away from basic troubleshooting and support). I'm hoping to land a decent internship this summer, but we'll see how it goes.
