If I understand what your asking the answer is no, the beam on the right fog light should not be level.
The reason for this is so that you have greater visibility to the side of the car while driving (you can see the road, trees, animals about to jump in front of you etc... a little better) in fog or normal driving conditions. The headlights are also aimed this way to make it easier to see the side of the road, street signs and off road obstacles better at night.
Dave, Denny and I are meeting up at my place in Somerville a little before 7, grabbing some breakfast sandwiches then hitting the road. It looks like we will be taking 95s the whole way. Do you want to meet up in Providence and the 3 of us can trek the last bit of the way? I think we will be getting to Providence around 8:15ish.
