Updated the OP with current build specs. I'll probably make a build thread in April when I get my short block back from ERL.

if i were you, i would definitely upgrade the timing chain since you are going to be putting down so much power.
So, I did a little bit of research on the timing chain thing. A lot of race teams use OEM timing chains. I was just checking the price difference between the Toda and OEM timing chains, and noticed that in the parts description on the Acura site that it's a Borg Warner timing chain. That's enough information for me to believe that OEM is just fine for my build.

No need to upgrade the chain. OEM will deff be alright, although for $10-$15 I would pick up the 09+ Civic SI Timing chain guides, they are a bit wider and bigger then other OEM guides and will give a little bit added insurance, that the chain doesn't jump the guide. I mean for less then $20 what-the-hell right.

Yeah, I'm definitely getting the upper timing chain cover thing that's on the head. I'm also going to get the Circuit Hero lower timing chain guide. If the SVM SC cams are better than the IPS KSC '11 cams, the lower timing chain guide will help a lot with the cam swap. I'm not sure if the IPS KSC '11 cams are a stereo design like some of the SVM cams will be.

Probably after I get the engine block back. ERL said it should be ready by April.

I'm thinking about picking this up. I'd be getting a really sweet deal on it too. Only problem is that it doesn't have the wiring harness, which is a very important part.

MSRP for the rack is about $1200. Online pricing is about $900. I'd be getting the rack for a fraction of the cost. I think I'm gonna have to jump on it.
