Did some fiddling with my HID kit from Diode Dynamics tonight after driving home a half hour with no headlights.  The inline fuse in the relay kit is messed up.  I noticed it when I first got it but decided to let it go and see what happened.  Wasn't a problem until about a week ago, headlights goin out twice on the highway is enough to warrant a look. The connection is loose going into the fuse and if I move the wires my lights go out.

Sent an email to Diode Dynamics and they are sending me a new relay kit.  Really great service, they were quick and found my order even when I couldn't remember what email address I used and couldn't find an email about the order (just a PayPal pmt confirmation).

So last night I had the rear DS wheel off trying to find a leak, finally found it as I was putting the wheel back on.  Its leaking at the bead, very slowly.

I get to work today and I noticed this...


I cant believe it stayed on! I drive about a half hour to work all highway.  Its just a small miracle to me.

The lug nut tq spec is 80 lb/ft.  You probably don't want to tq them down that much because you will eventually snap a stud.
