Its been tried before. Tim couldn't get it in there because there's no room, unless you want to kill the middle A/C vents.

yeah it sucks. Just get a F500bt like me and you can just build a mold around it. I am just going to stick mine in the cubby hole and close it and take it out when i park. I live in a shady area...

Even though it sucks to hear, you will have a hell of a time finding a h/u that fits and then getting it custom molded up there. I've tried twice unsuccessfully. It may be possible, but it will require a LOT of custom work and a lot of cutting away of the interior of your dash.
